LAURA INWARD
Team Lead & CEO
Laura is the leader of BIG. She has a passion for growth, laughter and joy! Laura is always in the pursuit of providing the perfect customer and employee experience (its a pursuit that’s not attainable so we live with excellence!) Laura has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. Laura’s husband john started the business in 1999 after retiring from professional sport. He is also an Olympian from 1984 and is known for inventing the jump serve…but really this isn’t about him:-). For the first 10 years Laura helped john with marketing for the real estate business as her full time job was running global marketing for a 1 billion dollar global business.
In 2012, John went into volleyball coaching full time and Laura took over the real estate business.
Laura’s corporate background combined with her own international sport experience both as an athlete and coach has proven to be helpful in the growth of BIG real estate. As it turns out sport success is transferable to business success. Laura has two beautiful teenage boys who are exploring their own sporting passions…activities that mean mom has learned to run a business from her car, an arena, a gym, while driving, while cheering.
